Our cleaning process involves the following:
-pre-inspection to locate areas of concern
-pre-fiber pad dusting with a soft head to remove all dry dust, hair, and debris.
-baseboards will be wiped down with a mild cleanser in order to keep dust and debris from the baseboards from finding a new home on your freshly-cleaned hardwood floors
-commercial grade hardwood floor cleanser will be applied and a rotary dampened bonnet pad will be used to gently scrub and loosen embedded dirt and oil
-an electric wet mop using clean water will be used to extract the loosened dirt and oil
-a gentle topical cleanser will be applied and distributed with a microfiber cleaning pad to add that final freshness and brightness
-a final inspection to ensure your complete satisfaction.
